Artisan Table's New Lunch Menu



Artisan Table’s new menu promises to bring together flavors that will not only satisfy your taste buds but will also refresh your palate. Imagine yourself eating a spinach salad; the greens are dressed with just the right amount of sweet poppy seed dressing, the goat cheese has that zesty flavor, the pecans have a wonderful texture  and fresh, crisp strawberries are the crowning jewel of this leafy masterpiece. Imagine the wonder of this salad paired with the perfect piece of steak, chicken or salmon.  

 
 
Don’t forget to try “The Best Crab Cake in Town;” one of Chef Sean Curry’s most appropriately titled lunch options. The crab in this sandwich is something you will not want to miss. These crab cakes are 95% lump with super lump crabmeat from South Carolina. Do you know what that means? The crabmeat is bound together by more crabmeat, not like one of those crab cakes that’s filled with breading. Take the crab cake and delicately place it onto a perfectly soft ciabatta roll, add the zesty tomato artichoke relish, place a field fresh piece of Bibb lettuce on top and finally complete this masterpiece with a piece of smoked thick cut bacon. What you will have is literally one the best lunches you could possibly ask for.

 

If you’re looking for a nice burger or beef sandwich, look no further than our Greek Burger (50/50 Chicago 250 Beef & ground lamb, feta cheese, red onion, lettuce and tomato, topped with Tzatziki sauce), Artisan Burger (our classic burger with Laak Brothers 1 year Cheddar, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, Chicago 250 Beef, and an option to add mushrooms and onions) Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich (smoked Chicago 250 Brisket and homemade BBQ sauce, on a pretzel roll) or try Chef Curry’s Signature Cheese Steak (Chicago 250 Shaved Rib Eye, artisan cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms; Please tell your server if you want it “Wit or Wit out”). Also consider “The Hoagie;” a cavalcade of Italian deli meats combined with sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, shaved onion and Italian seasoning. If you’re looking for something more exotic, try a fantastic Portobello Banh Mi Sandwich with portabello, chili sauce, cucumber, cilantro and a daikon carrot slaw.
