Signature Cocktail: Mango Margarita

Having a Destination Wedding in Mexico and a Bridal Shower in Chicago?

You better believe there will be margaritas.

Here's the recipe for the Signature Mango Margarita we had at Katie Jo's Bridal Shower:

·         1 large can of Dole Pineapple (with the juice)

·         1 bottle Jose Cuervo Mango Margarita Mix

·         3 c Tequila

·         1 large bottle of V8 Splash

Puree the Pineapple with the juice from the can. Mix well with remaining ingredients, serve over ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Typically, you'd see a margarita glass, but we loved how the shape of the martini glass looked with the pineapple wedges.

They were a huge hit!
