addition to the beverage selection, MEAD.
Mead is an
alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey with yeast. Mead is not a beer,
wine or spirit in the normal sense; it is its own class of alcoholic beverage.
Mead is the most sustainable beverage on Earth! All it requires are wildflowers
and happy bees! Currently, our selection includes a variety of meads, but some
really stand out!
Pom- Nectar produced with wildflower honey fermented with
pomegranates has a very crisp and clean taste of pomegranates with floral honey
tones. This Mead wonderfully compliments a number of current menu items
including our Signature Artisan Cheese Board. 
Prairie Passion Mead is one of the more traditional styles of
“honeymoon” or aphrodisiacal meads according to its makers at the Wild Blossom
Meadery & Winery. This particular Mead is certainly a great option for
guests staying with us for honeymoons as well as those who seek sweet liquid
treats with amazing aftertastes of honey!
